Day 1

Thursday March 6th

  • 12-4 Arrivals, run

  • 4-6 pm Check in and Welcome at the High Country Motor Lodge in Flagstaff

  • 6:30-8 Camp Dinner and discussion of the weekend plans/runs/clincs

Day 2

Friday March 7th

  • 7:30 breakfast/coffee at hotel

  • 8:30 head out to explore one of Flagstaff’s most picturesque winter runs: Winona Townsend

  • 11 back to hotel, shower, stretch, lunch on your own

  • 12:30 Clinic on training, let’s break it down and talk tempos, fartleks, threshold.

  • 1:30-3 Free time, nap, cozy up to a book, chiropractic appointments

  • 3:30 Option for a 2nd run/drills and strides session. Get your form analyzed by Steph and Ben

  • 5-7 Camp dinner + goals, what we want out of our running!

Day 3

Saturday March 8th

  • 7:00 breakfast/coffee at hotel

  • 7:45 Meet to drive down to lower elevation for warmer temps, lower elevation Woohoo!!

  • 9-12 Long run or workout of your choice. Personal fluid stations handed out during the run along with cheers and high fives.

  • 12 Head back up the mountain for Brunch with Campers and afternoon Chiropractic assessments

  • 1:30-4 free time

  • 4:30 Indoor Gym Session

  • 6 pm Camp Dinner


Day 4

Sunday March 9th

  • 7:30 Depart Hotel for easy run at Buffalo Park

  • 9 Post run brunch, coffee

  • 10 Pack up, goodbyes and Check out

  • 11 am Departures from Camp
