Included in this is registration for 1: We will cover all meals, coffee treats, other snacks post run, with the rest of the meals you'll have a chance to taste Flagstaff local dining. Campers will be part of activities including daily morning runs on the trails of Flagstaff, clinics on nutrition, injuries, recovery, form and drills session, a strength and conditioning session with our Strength Coach and Chiropractor, and a bonding s’mores campfire. You will receive some super cool swag bags from our sponsors as well as access to private discounted massage and chiropractic work from our professional therapists during the camp.
